SulfActive is the range of complex fertilisers that are co-granulated with polysulphate,, an exclusive Fertiberia additive, the main characteristic of which is the total solubility of all its nutrients.

Also, we have added to the perfect fertilising balance of this revolutionary range of products, in the new SulfActive Plus 6-8-21 (6-2-25), the production enhancing power offered by carbolite.

Polysulphate: this is a natural compound with very high solubility and is totally assimilable. Its composition, based on magnesium sulphate, potassium sulphate and calcium sulphate, provides a unique composition of essential nutrients and a lower chlorine content.

Carbolite: It supplies iron in two forms, one that can be immediately assimilated and another more prolonged release that remains stable in the soil until it is required by the roots. The nutrients it contains are completely soluble and therefore easily assimilated.

Thanks to their polysulphate content, SulfActive fertilizers simultaneously make available to the plant all the essential elements needed for its correct development, achieving a much more balanced feed than when elements with different degrees of solubilisation are supplied.

Nitrogen: A determining factor in the growth and development of the plant. It is also the essential component in proteins

Phosphorus: Its high solubility in water facilitates its transport to the root of the plant, being the most efficient on the market. It favours root development and adds vigour to the crop. It is a component of nucleic acids and lipids. It is also very important in the transfer of energy.

Potassium: It increases the crops' resistance to cold and drought. It is essential for the metabolism, photosynthesis and the activation of enzymes.

Calcium: It favours the development of roots, displaces Na in saline soils and is a factor of quality in harvests.

Magnesium: Its inclusion responds to the increasingly widespread demands of soils with magnesium deficiencies. It is essential in chalky soils and those with a high pH, and improves pollination and setting, thus favouring higher production.

Sulphur: A component of amino acids, vitamins, proteins. Increasing deficiencies due to low levels in soils. It also regulates the availability of nitrogen and mobilises phosphorus and potassium, and soil micronutrients.

Iron:Required to activate enzymes, increasing the level of chlorophyll, and therefore the quality of harvests. In chalky soils, it improves the absorption of phosphorus.

Form of application

It is advisable to apply NPK complex fertilizers homogeneously on the surface of the soil and, if possible, dig them in so that they get near the roots. This facilitates the absorption of phosphorus and potassium, which are elements that are not very mobile.

In the case of tree crops, it can also be located between the rows.

It is recommended that all NPK complex fertilizers are applied:

  • Shortly before sowing in the case of herbaceous crops.
  • At least one month before sprouting in the case of tree crops, or in other words, far enough in advance before the plant needs the nutrients that we supply.
