The fertilizer NPK (Mg-S)/(S) NitroMax is a fertilizer that combines a high nitrogen content with the highest soluble phosphorus and potassium content on the market, 100% assimilable by the crop.

The high content of nitric and ammoniacal nitrogen means that NitroMax fertilizers promote the maximum growth and development of the plant. In addition, the high solubility of phosphorus and potassium turn these formulas into quality products in which all units are effective and, as such, have a higher agronomic value.

Additionally, the sulphur content is beneficial for the plant; its joint application with nitrogen increases effectiveness in assimilating this nutrient.

Nitrogen: It is a determining factor in the growth and development of the plant. It is also the essential component in proteins. Nitric nitrogen: Penetrates easily, from the soil surface to the root, has no losses due to volatilisation and is directly assimilable, so is therefore absorbed immediately by the plant. Ammoniacal nitrogen: It is not washed, it fixes to the soil until it is required by the crops, it is released more progressively, nourishing the plant for longer after being applied, thus allowing it to be used better.

Phosphorus: It favours root development and adds vigour to the crop. It is a component of nucleic acids and lipids. It is also very important in the transfer of energy.

Potassium: It increases the crops' resistance to cold and drought. It is essential for the metabolism, photosynthesis and the activation of enzymes.

Magnesium: Essential for photosynthesis. High needs in leached, sandy and chalky soils. Increases the quality of the grain, improving the protein and lipid content.

Sulphur: A component of amino acids, vitamins, proteins. Increasing deficiencies due to low levels in soils. It also regulates the availability of nitrogen and mobilises phosphorus and potassium, and soil micronutrients.

Form of application

It is advisable to apply NPK complex fertilizers homogeneously on the surface of the soil and, if possible, dig them in so that they get near the roots. This facilitates the absorption of phosphorus and potassium, which are elements that are not very mobile.

In the case of tree crops, it can also be located between the rows.

It is recommended that all NPK complex fertilizers are applied:

  • "Shortly before sowing in the case of herbaceous crops.
  • At least one month before sprouting in the case of tree crops, or in other words, far enough in advance before the plant needs the nutrients that we supply."
