On this page, FERTIBERIA, S.A. (hereinafter “FERTIBERIA”) wishes to inform all the users of this WEBSITE (the “Users” and the “Website”) of its Privacy Policy, specially, the updated measures relating the new legislation of Personal Data Protection.

Purposes of processing

• - FERTIBERIA collects and uses your Personal Data to manage the services you have requested and deal with requests for information or any queries made by the User through any of the contact forms made available on the company’s Website. The specific purpose of each processing shall be clearly specified in the relevant forms.
• - The Personal Data collected by FERTIBERIA may additionally be used to send, by traditional or electronic means, updates and/or technical or commercial information about the services or contents offered by FERTIBERIA through the Website or through other means, currently or in the future. In its processing of Personal Data, FERTIBERIA provides the security levels necessary to ensure the confidentiality of this Personal Data. However, the User must be aware that Internet security levels are not entirely reliable due to the inherent characteristics of the network.

3. Use of Cookies

FERTIBERIA may occasionally use cookies when a User browses the FERTIBERIA Website. By means of these cookies, it is possible that the FERTIBERIA Website may recognize Users after they have visited the Website for the first time, without having to configure certain viewing or technical options each time they visit it. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous User and their computer, and do not provide the name and surname of the User.
