technologies provide added value.
Every year we produce thousands of litres of raw material
through fermentative bioprocesses
, investing continuously in the improvement of personnel, equipment, protocols and standardisation during the production of microorganisms. In fact, since the installation of the new bioprocess plant in 2015, fully monitored and remotely controlled, the average annual fermentation capacity has increased exponentially, with a cumulative increase of more than 200% in the last 5 years (figure 1). TRICHODEX expects to continue this upward trend to reach maximum fermentation capacity.

The proprietary fermentation technologies FPB® y MAMPS®
are specifically designed by the TRICHODEX R&D&I laboratories to obtain maximum microorganism performance. This leads to products with a unique profile on the market. FPB technology is a multiphase fermentation process that achieves a high concentration of elicitor bioactives and improves the adaptability of microorganisms to the agricultural environment after dosing. MAMPS technology, however, induces, extracts and selects a molecular pattern associated with microorganisms with the ability to improve crop yields or protect crops with a unique metabolic profile. The incorporation of FPB and MAMPS during our production process allows us to offer ecological, zero-waste products with a unique profile on the market and have proven to increase the average productivity achieved in conventional agriculture by between 10 and 20%. Therefore, the policy of continuous improvement in production allows us to ensure the following in our products:
- Maximum quality and traceability of production batches.
- Optimal bioactive concentration by using advanced statistical methods.
- High adaptability of microorganisms to crop conditions.
- High technification and differentiation, significantly increasing crop yields.
