- The purpose of the processing of your personal data -CV- is to keep you informed of possible recruitment processes and/or different vacancies that may arise in Fertiberia Group companies.
- The data contained in your CV will be kept by Fertiberia Group companies either until a job is awarded, or until you exercise your right of cancellation, or for a maximum period of 5 years from the date of acceptance of this document.
- The data contained in your CV will not be passed on to third parties, except to companies in the same group.
- You are informed of your rights and how to exercise them, as follows:

- Right to rectify inaccurate data.
- Right of deletion of data that is no longer necessary.
- Right to request the limitation of the content of the processing to the minimum necessary.
