Processing of Personal Data
The Personal Data collected by FERTIBERIA through the Portal or any other forms and/or media, will be incorporated into the corresponding files owned by FERTIBERIA, duly registered in its internal file/processing Registry, in order to process the requests, petitions and queries made by Users, as well as to extend and improve the services and contents accessed by Users on the Portal or any other media.

By completing and sending the different forms through the Portal or any other means, you expressly accept and consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

Purpose of processing
FERTIBERIA collects and uses your personal information to manage the services you have requested, as well as to handle requests for information or any other petition made by the User through any of the means of contact available. The specific purpose of each processing will be clearly identified in its respective form.

The Personal Data collected by FERTIBERIA may also be used to send, by traditional or electronic means, updates and/or information of a technical or commercial nature about the services or contents offered by FERTIBERIA through the Portal or by other means, currently or in the future. To this end, a clearly identified box will be included in the Personal Data collection forms, which will allow the User to opt out of the possibility of receiving future technical or commercial mailings from FERTIBERIA or any company in Grupo FERTIBERIA, without the completion of which it will not be possible to collect the User's personal data for this purpose.If necessary, FERTIBERIA may facilitate access to the data provided by Users with some of the providers who render some type of service, such as, for example, computer maintenance, e-mail or postal mailing, customer service, legal counselling or companies in charge of distribution and delivery. These providers are expressly prohibited from using personal information for purposes other than those strictly foreseen in the corresponding service provision contract, and are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your data, as well as to adopt any security measures necessary to safeguard said confidentiality.

Transfer of data
As far as FERTIBERIA is concerned, no Personal Data provided to FERTIBERIA through the Portal or through any other forms is provided to any third party, except to companies belonging to its business group, unless there is express authorisation of the Users to this effect, or where otherwise stipulated on the Personal Data collection form.

Storage of Personal Data
The Personal Data shall be kept for as long as there is a mutual interest and you do not request its deletion or object to the processing. In any case, the Personal Data will be kept for the time necessary to comply with the corresponding legal obligations.

Rights of Users
As the holder of the Personal Data, you are entitled to the following rights:

• Right to withdraw the consent given for the processing of your Personal Data at any time;
• Right to access the information we process about you;
• Right to rectify your data, in the event that it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Right to erasure where, among other reasons, your data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
• Right to object to the processing of your data, including for commercial purposes;
• Right to restriction of processing where, among other conditions, rectification or objection to processing is requested;
• Right to the portability of the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
• Right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.

In particular, we inform you that you may object to receiving commercial communications at the e-mail address indicated in the General Information section below, indicating "Unsubscribe to Commercial Communications" in the subject line.

When processing Personal Data, FERTIBERIA strives for the necessary levels of security to ensure the confidentiality of said Personal Data. Nevertheless, the User must be aware that security levels on the Internet, due to the characteristics of the Internet itself, are not entirely reliable.

FERTIBERIA may use cookies when a User browses the FERTIBERIA Portal. By means of cookies, it is possible for the FERTIBERIA Portal to recognise Users after they have visited the Portal for the first time, without the need to configure certain visualisation or technical options of the Portal each time they visit it. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous User and his/her computer, and do not provide the name and surname of the User.

The cookies used cannot read data from your hard drive or read cookies created by other providers or Internet pages.
