14/07/2025 – Juan Pablo Llobet brings over 25 years of experience in the agribusiness sector and has built the majority of his professional career at Syngenta, where he has held high-impact strategic and operational roles in countries such as Switzerland, Brazil, Spain, Italy and Uruguay. He has successfully led transformation and expansion processes in complex and highly competitive markets. Throughout his career at Syngenta, he has held several senior positions, including Head of Europe, Head of Latin America, and CEO of the Brazilian subsidiary, as well as global leadership roles such as Global Head of Seedcare, Global Head of Soybean and Chief Operating Officer and Transformation Lead in Brazil. He has also led key commercial and planning functions as Head of Sales and Head of Strategy and Planning in Spain.
Prior to that, he began his professional career in strategic consulting at Ernst & Young and Capgemini, where he built a strong foundation in analytics and planning.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA from IESE Business School, and has completed the Stanford Executive Program.
His academic background, combined with extensive international experience, reinforces a strategic, innovative, and results-driven leadership profile. He brings deep knowledge of the agricultural sector, a global vision, and a proven track record in leading sustainable growth and business model transformation.
