METALLURGICAL GRADE AMMONIA

Pure anhydrous ammonia is a gas at room temperature and is manufactured from hydrogen and nitrogen by direct catalytic synthesis, cooling, and compressing the gas for liquefaction. This very pure ammonia is only produced at our Palos de la Frontera plant. Due to its high degree of purity, metallurgical grade ammonia is ideal for the most demanding industrial uses such as: metallurgy, refrigeration circuits, amine production, treatment of water for human consumption, pharmaceutical synthesis, etc.

The quality of this product complies with the specifications established in the UNE EN STANDARD 12126:1999 for chemical products used in the treatment of water intended for human consumption.
Storage, transport, and application is regulated by special regulations for safety reasons.
